Dee Alipanah
Mr. Alipanah is the founder, chief executive officer and president of Stream
Wireless. Mr. Alipanah has over 29 years of operations and management experience
in the telecom industry. Mr. Alipanah most recently was at Wireless Facilities,
Inc. where he was the Vice President responsible for global engineering business
operations. His prior responsibilities at WFI also included, Managing Director
of Europe, Middle East and Africa operations; and Vice President of Fixed
Network Engineering services. Prior to joining WFI, Mr. Alipanah was the Vice
President of Engineering at Entel, a Consulting Engineering and Deployment
service organization, where he was responsible for several major national
projects building the nations early PCS wireless network services for the major
carriers. Mr. Alipanah has also worked in Senior Consulting position and
management role at MITRE Corporations and Dominion Resources Inc.
Mr. Alipanah has received his BS in electrical engineering from Virginia
military institute (VMI) and has worked on his Master in System Engineering at
Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (VPI).

Efrain Cortez
Mr. Cortez is the Vice President of Sales and Business Development. He has 21
years of telecom experience that includes various engineering roles for wireless
and wire line operators, start-up operations and technical consulting. Previous
to Stream Wireless he worked at LCC International as the VP of Sales. Mr. Cortez
has also worked at WFI, where he served as Director of Fixed Network Engineering
and Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Prior to WFI he was
involved with start-up wireless network engineering projects in Mexico with
Pegaso followed by South Africa with Cell C. He also held various engineering
management assignments at Ameritech in Chicago, Illinois.
Mr. Cortez received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and MS
in Telecommunications from DePaul University.

Craig Robinson
Mr. Robinson is the VP of engineering and Operations. Mr. Robinson has 19 years
of telecom experience, with a background in strategic planning, network design,
and network deployment. His career includes stints at carriers and consulting
firms where his focus centered on feasibility analysis, technology consulting,
and metro/last mile network design and deployment. He most recently served as
Director of Fixed Network Engineering at WFI where he was responsible for fixed
network engineering and the spectrum relocation activities. He also served as
Director of Fixed Network Engineering at LCC where his responsibilities included
core network engineering, transport/transmission engineering, network
optimization, switching and subsystem planning, and transport facility
implementation for microwave, leased line, and fiber optic systems. Prior to
joining LCC, Craig served as Manager of Systems Engineering at Cisco Systems
where he was responsible for strategic planning for aspects of Cisco’s
softswitch development and implementation. Craig also served as the Manager of
Transport Engineering for Teligent, where he was responsible for the planning
and design for all transport facilities and circuits, including trunking with
ILECs and IXCs and backhaul between Teligent facilities. Prior to joining
Teligent, Craig was a consultant at Booz, Allen, Hamilton where he supported
their telecommunications practice.
Mr. Robinson has a BS in Electrical Engineering from NC State University. |

Ally Adnan
Ally Adnan is the Vice President – RF Engineering. Ally is a veteran of the wireless telecommunications industry with more than sixteen (16) years experience in the field.
Ally worked on the design, launch and optimization of the first iDEN and the first GSM networks in North America. He also managed the deployment of the first two-way paging network in North America. He was responsible for the optimization and performance management of a large GSM network in Malaysia where he overlaid a Wireless Local Loop network on top of the existing GSM system to utilize excess network capacity. He was responsible for the design of one of the major GSM networks in the Netherlands and managed the design of two (2) GSM networks in Brazil. He has worked on several other international engineering projects, including major design and optimization projects in Australia, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Germany, India, Singapore, Spain, and Thailand.
Ally started his career with Intel Corporation where he was a key member of the team responsible for launching of the 'Intel Inside' marketing program. He started his career in telecommunications as an RF engineer with LCC International in 1994. Ally held numerous sales, management, and engineering positions at LCC. His final position was that of Business Unit Manager of Engineering Services for Europe, Middle East, Asia and the Pacific, managing over one hundred (100) RF engineers.
Ally also has work experience with LogicaCMG where he carried worldwide responsibility for sales and operations of the Radio Planning division, and WFI, where he headed the sales and business development teams and became responsible for sales to OEM and vendors after the company was acquired by LCC International. Most recently, Ally worked at InnoPath Software, Inc., where he was responsible for the sale of device management solutions to handset vendors that included Nokia, HTC, Motorola and Sony-Ericsson.
Ally has received his BSEE from the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, and holds master degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
